About Us

Formed in 2019, Molten Brass is a chamber ensemble based out of the Western suburbs of Chicago. Our goal is to share our passion for music by providing live performances and educational opportunities for the Chicagoland area and surrounding communities.

Molten Brass is made up of five professional brass musicians, all of which are Illinois natives. In addition to freelancing, our members can also be heard performing with several local ensembles including the Dupage Symphony, Wheaton Municipal Band, and Kishwaukee Symphony to name a few. As a group, our focus is to make brass chamber music more accessible through engaging performances and master classes.
